Boston Red Sox News: Three from Minors added to roster

Getting their house in order in advance of the Dec. 11 Rule 5 Draft, the Red Sox added three Minor Leaguers to their 40-man roster on Thursday. The club purchased the contract of left-handed pitcher Felix Doubront from Class A Salem of the Carolina League, lefty Hunter Jones from Triple-A Pawtucket and catcher Mark Wagner from Double-A Portland.
